At Vigna&Vallo, freshness is not an option, it's our mission.

To guarantee you products as if they just came from the dairy or oil mill, we follow a strict shipping schedule:

1. Shipping Schedule

  • Fresh products and boxes with fresh products: We ship exclusively from Tuesday to Thursday. This prevents your package from being held in the courier's warehouses over the weekend.
  • "Dry" products and boxes (Oil, Pasta, Wine, Cured meats): We ship within 24/48 working hours, Monday to Friday.

2. Delivery Times and Costs

  • Express Courier: We use specialized couriers with delivery in 24/48 hours throughout the national territory (72 hours for islands and remote areas).
  • Cost: Shipping has a fixed cost of €8.90
  • Free Shipping: For orders over €99.90

3. Thermal Packaging

Perishable products are shipped inside special isothermal containers with refrigerating gel, designed to maintain the cold chain for over 72 hours, guaranteeing the integrity of the product until it reaches your home.

πŸ”„ Return and Refund Policy

Pursuant to Art. 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded for the supply of goods that risk deteriorating or expiring quickly.

  • Fresh products: It is not possible to return mozzarella or fresh products once shipped.
  • Damaged Products: If your box arrives visibly damaged, take a photo of the still-closed package and the damaged product and send it to vignaevallo@gmail.com within 12 hours of receipt. We will immediately arrange a refund or a new shipment at our expense.
  • Non-perishable products: For unopened oil, wine, and pasta, returns are possible within 14 days (shipping costs are borne by the customer).
