An imposing treccia, entirely hand-braided, weighing half a kilo of pure excellence. Thanks to the braiding process, the spun paste undergoes a slight pressure that makes the outer fiber more compact and flavorful, while inside, the whey remains trapped between the strands, guaranteeing unique creaminess with every cut.
Why it's special: It's the format that best expresses the manual skill of the master cheesemaker. When cut, it appears compact and shiny, with the typical "leaf" structure.
