Characteristics
It has a straw-yellow rind and a soft but compact ivory paste with pistachio fragments. Sweet taste obtained from a short aging period.

Aging 30-60 days

In the kitchen
Sprinkle chopped pistachios and acacia honey on the slice for a fruity aroma and a unique taste.
Serve with red wine or beer for a tasty appetizer.

It comes in the form of a vacuum-packed caciotta to preserve its organoleptic properties, weighing 400g.
