Ingredients
Pasteurized sheep's MILK, rennet, salt, lactic cultures, WALNUTS.

Characteristics
A young, basket-moulded cheese with a smooth, thin, yellow rind.
White and slightly open-textured paste with Italian walnut kernels, making it sweet and flavourful.

Aging 30-60 days

In the kitchen
Excellent in salads or with fig jam. Try it with both fruit and vegetable mustards, pleasant paired with acacia and chestnut honey.
To fully appreciate its flavour, we recommend sipping a good red wine.

It comes as a vacuum-packed caciottina to preserve its organoleptic properties, weighing 400g.
