Shape: Short pasta made from organic durum wheat semolina
Ingredients: Made with 100% Italian durum wheat and pure water from the springs of the Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park.
Processing: Bronze die extrusion gives the pasta a rough and porous finish, ideal for perfectly absorbing every type of sauce.
Cooking: The recommended cooking time is 9/11 minutes.
Technical Details and Quality
Drying: The drying process takes place slowly, between 24 and 48 hours, at a constant temperature between 40°C and 45°C to preserve nutritional qualities.
Craftsmanship: Production and packaging are carried out manually in Amatrice's first historic pasta factory.
Sustainability: The 500g packaging is made of completely recyclable paper bags for environmental respect.
Accreditations: This pasta boasts the Municipal Designation De.Co. issued by the Municipality of Amatrice, which guarantees its local origin and typicality.
